In addition to tactical training, the coaches and support staff will also aim to build understanding and bonding among the players. This will help foster cohesive teamwork and enhance the team's overall performance.

Head Coach Mazandarani's Perspective

Head coach Mazandarani expressed his determination to improve upon the team's performance from the previous season. He acknowledged the areas that need attention and emphasized the team's focus moving forward.

Key Acquisitions and Retained Players

U Mumba made significant investments in the player auction held in August. They shelled out Rs 1.015 crore to acquire Sunil Kumar, the highest price paid for any Indian player. The team also retained Iranian defender Rinku, while raider Manjeet and newcomers Stuwart Singh and Amin Ghorbani of Iran were added to the squad.

The "Su-Par" Duo

One of the highlights of U Mumba's team is the combination of Sunil Kumar and Parvesh Bhainswal, known as the "Su-Par" pair. Their gold-medal-winning performance at the Asian Games is a testament to their exceptional skills and teamwork.

With a well-planned training camp and a strong squad, U Mumba is poised to make a significant impact in the 11th season of the Pro Kabaddi League. Fans can expect exciting matches and intense competition as the team takes on their rivals.
