PKL 10 Auction Update: Schedule, Grand opening, Logo launch, location, timing and much more
When the 10th season of Pro Kabaddi League starts from December, everyone associated to the league, from the organizers to the fans, will share a common feeling of pride. In what started as a hope to revive the sport of our soil has now become a full-fledged revolution that will get a decade old in 2023.
Some of us might even get emotional as PKL was initially touted to be a failed attempt but Season 10 will be a memento for those who believed that Kabaddi has a bright future.
Therefore, Pro Kabaddi League's 10th anniversary deserves a Grand celebration and that is why the organizers have planned out something exciting to kick off the Kabaddi season.
As we all know, the upcoming 2-day player auction on 9th and 10th October will be decisive for all the participating 12 teams. While some teams need to build their entire side, other teams only need a few back up players.
But before the teams get into biding war at Jio Convention centre, a Grand opening event will take place a few hours before.
Our sources informed us that a mega PKL 10 Logo launch will take place on 9th September, the first day of the Auction which will only feature Category A and B players.
Timings - Day 1 auction, September 9
Media Registration will start from 6:00 PM
New Logo will be revealed on 6:30 PM
Auction for Category A and B players will start from 8:00 PM onwards followed by a party with the day ending on 10:30 PM
Day 2 auction, September 9
Media entry: 9:30 AM
Category C and D players auction: 10:00 AM
Lunch break: 1:30 PM
Day will end on 5:30 PM
