Bhaini School clinches a nerve-racking victory

The second match of K7 Qualifiers at Sonipat undertook between two workhorses in Ram Swaroop Academy and Bhaini School from 11 AM today. The opening point of the match went to Mohit Goyat as he raided into the defenses of RSKA and opened the account for the team. The match undertook a exciting start but soon twisted to its head. It was the Man of the Match Himanshu who whizzed part Yogesh to gather the first point for RSKA after trailing by 2 points against BS. Soon, the game started to gain its momentum as both team started scoring heavily. The teams quickly gauged onto scoring where for the first 8 points, BS had the lead and then the game swiftly turned in favour of RSKA. The first half pretty much belonged to RSKA as they gathered a hefty lead against their opposition, managing to take a lead by 3 points with a score line of 17-14. 

It was the second half where Anil and Himanshu with their multi point raids managed to bring the momentum towards RSKA and take the lead to 25-18. The Bhaini School who trailed for majority of the game, came back into the picture courtsey of an All-Out raid done by Vikas to level the scores at 32 all. From there they did not waste anytime to ship the game towards them, so much so that even a bonus point raid by Himanshu couldn't turn the game towards RSKA and helped the BS team to have the first victory of the tournament with a scoreline of 35-36.
