The NK Kabaddi Academy continued its dominant performance in the 10th match of the K7 Qualifiers after convincingly bagging a victory against Shahid Bhagat Singh Yuva Club (SBSY) who had to face their second straight loss. It was NK Academy's hero of the previous match, Umesh who yet again started the match with a successful raid and got the first point for his team. The NKA kept on sending Umesh, Vinay and Rohit and they kept on getting points to their team, but it was an overall amazing show at the defense that actually helped the team catch a grip in the match, a grip so tight that it ended up in the first round ending with a lead of 8 points between the two teams, with the score board reading 20-12 in favor of a certain NK Academy.
The second half was again a show of defensive skills and attacking abilities as Umesh in attack and Rohit in defense took full charge of the team and choked their opposition to a point, from which they couldn't recover. The score line at the end of the match read as 37-23 and the 14 point difference shows the sheer dominance that NKA had for through the game. It was Umesh who bagged the Player of the Match but Rohit for his workhorse abilities was adjudged the Defender of the Match, and letting us understand how important partnerships are for the game of Kabaddi.
