Khelo India Youth Games 2020 are less than a week away and we cannot contain our excitement. The third edition of the games is all set to commence from 10th January 2020 and will conclude on 22nd January. The event will feature 20 sports with a participation of 37 teams in the age group of Under-17 and Under-21. The event is scheduled to take place across 11 venues in Guwahati. The inauguration ceremony will be held at the Indira Gandhi Stadium.
This year two new sports of cycling and lawn bowl have been added to the 451 medal event. While the games officially kick off on the 10th, Gymnastics, Volleyball and Kabaddi will start a day before to accommodate the qualification and league matches.
Kabaddi will feature a total of 360 players in both girls and boys category from 32 teams. The matches will be played at the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Sonapur.

9th January
9 AM to 1 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)
3 PM to 6 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)
10th January
8 AM to 2 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)
11th January
9 AM to 6 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)
12th January ( Semi-finals )
1 PM to 6 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)
13th January (Finals)
11 AM to 3 PM : Under-17 and Under-19 (Boys and girls)

The matches will be broadcast live on Star Sports and Hotstar from the 10th of January.
