An important match that held the key of who finishes where. It had more significance for Bhaini School. After NK Academy last night's victory over the 2nd placed Parveen and Jasvir Panipat Academy opened the doors for Bhaini School to leapfrog them and even close the gap to the table topper NK Academy themselves.

It started with the raid of Mohit Goyat who put out an empty raid. Soon Rakesh came for NK academy to open the proceeding but he was tackled out by the defense of Bhaini School and took the first point of the game.

But Mohit and Kismat Singh started out strong for Bhaini School as they forced an all-out within the first 5 mins of the game. A lead of 8 points was created by Bhaini School and NK looked shell-shocked as they were being pushed backed and Rakesh was being dashed out of bounds time and time again and just could not get going.

A time-out was taken out by the NK academy coach MR Dilbagh Singh as he thought a change in plan is needed to calm his players down as more than 10 mins was left before the halftime whistle. And it worked wonders, a comeback led by Rakesh as he pulled continuous points for his team, with Deepak and Krishan took out Mohit and Kismat respectively to pull an all-out of their own and the tie was level at 12 - 12  with 6 mins to the half. Rakesh was the star on the show again as he pulled out a multi raid to inflict another all-out. The score looked like 22 - 13 in favor of NK Academy as Bhaini School could not make their strong start count before the end of the first half.

The second half began with Vinay raiding for the NK academy as he was taken out by the defense and Mohit soon scored the oints on his raid as well. But Krishna the defender pulled out a super-duper raid as he took out 4 players of Bhaini school to stop the other team from building any momentum.

But Mohit Goyal was having a good game as he pulled out some fancy foot touches and forced another all out. The momentum finally shifted to the Bhaini School side as they staged a comeback of their own and the lead was cut down to just one point with under 12 mins to go. NK Academy needed to regroup and Rakesh stepped up when his team needed him again as he pulled out a continuous multi raid and forced another all-out build a lead of 10 points for his team. with 9 mins to go.

Tactical gameplay saw both teams played cautiously for the next few raids. But Rakesh made an error as he gave away an easy point to Mohit. All-out followed thereafter which pushed the game to the wire as the scoreline read 40-41 with just under 2 mins left. But NK academy held their nerves to take the match 40 - 42 in their favor and continued their undefeated run.

Rakesh once again proved to be the star of the match as scored 21 raid points and Mohit who scored a brilliant 22 raid points for Bhaini School just could not help his team edge past NK academy.

NK academy yet again after a slow start showed why the hot favorites for the K7 stage up the title and face Khokar academy later in the evening to extend their undefeated run.

For Bhaini School, lots of positives from the game as they gave a tough fight and showed great spirit to produce a wonder-full game of Kabbadi for neutrals out there.
