The Tamil Thalalivas held the UP Yoddhas to a tie in a close game.
The match started exceptioanlly well for the Thalaivas leading a decent 5 - 1 within the first 3 minutes of the match.This is when Prashant Kumar Rai got into action getting UP Yoddhas back onto track. By the time half time approached, Ajay Thakur barely managed to get the Thalaivas a lead of 13-10.
Then again in the first few minutes of the 2nd half, Tamil Thalaivas managed to get a lead of 4 points, but they quickly lost the lead to Prashanth Kumar Rai's excellent raiding.
Both the teams were playing better defence than offence, both Ajay Thakur and Rishank Devadiga were struggling to get points. Manjeet Chhillar had another bad match scoring 1 point off 5 tackle attempts.
For the Thalaivas, Ajay was the best raider scoring 6 points off 21 raid attempts, while Amit Hooda was the best defender scoring 5 points off 6 attempts including a Super Tackle.
For the Yoddhas, Prashanth Kumar Raid was excelling with 12 points off 17 raid attempts, while Nitesh Kumar was the best defender scoring 5 points of 5 attempts.
