Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023: Mumbai Sahar and Ratnagiri District outclass their opponent on Day 8 of Marquee event
The Pool B opening campaign kicked off today with a match between Nashik District and Parbhani District, with the latter winning the game by a score of 40-21. This was the eighth day of the Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023, which was an interesting day in terms of the close contests we watched on the mat.
Mumbai Sahar defeated Nandurbhar District by a score of 31–27 in the second game, which was contested between the two teams.
In the third encounter between Ratnagiri District and Dhule District, the former's strong offense and defence assisted the former in defeating the latter by a score of 35-24.
When it comes to the most recent game between Thane District and Nanded District, it was a difficult contest with a score that was close at both halftime and the conclusion of the game (33 each).
When talking about the game between Nanded and Thane, the former went all out once in reaction to the latter going no all out, and Nanded's halftime score was 16 in comparison to Thane's halftime score of 18 points.
Over the course of the game, Thane earned close to seven tackle points compared to Nanded's six, for a total of 25 points scored by Nanded and 23 points by Thane.
Finally, the tally was 33 for each team, and the game was over.
Both teams went all out in another game between Nanduben and Mumbai, and even during the halftime contest, Nanduben wasn't far behind Mumbai as the scoreboard showed 10 and 12 points each, respectively.
Mumbai won the game with 31-27 points in the closing seconds of the contest thanks to flawless raiding and defending abilities.
The Yuva Kabaddi series' ninth day will be more exciting because Pool B's final matches still need to be played.
