Player of the Day: Siddharth Desai, Prokabaddi Season 6, Match 29, U Mumba Vs Telugu Titans

Siddharth Desai’s 17-point performance stole the spotlight as U Mumba decimated the Telugu Titans by 41-20 and continue their winning run at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune.

In Abozar Mighani’s absence, none of the other Titans defenders could stop the riot caused by the young U Mumba raider as Desai collected his fifth ‘Super 10’ in six matches, asserting his dominance in the league.

The only real bright spark for the Titans was Rahul Chaudhari’s seven-point attempt which also earned him a record of being the first-ever player to breach the 700-raid point mark in the league, which he achieved with a firm reverse kick on Surender Singh.

However, such was the damage inflicted on the Titans that Rahul failed to sport a smile, constantly under the pump by a youngster, who could one day even put Chaudhari to shame.
