Lucky and Manjeet signed as NYP by Bengaluru Bulls, Journey from K7 Kabaddi League to PKL
The K7 Kabaddi League has provided a platform for aspiring Kabaddi players to showcase their talent and make it big - enter the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) arena. Earlier, Raunak, who was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the season during the inaugural edition of the K7 Kabaddi League was signed by Jaipur Pink Panthers as NYP. And now K7 Kabaddi League’s one of the best raiders and defenders Manjeet and Lucky is signed as NYP by Bengaluru Bulls.
The inaugural K7 Kabaddi League held in Meerut, UP was named K7 Kabaddi UP League after the state. During this tournament raider Manjeet played for BK Warriors and defender Lucky played Kashi Yoddhas. Both the players performed exceptionally well and helped their team to reach the final. However, Kashi Yoddhas defeated BK Warriors in the final and was crowned as the champion of the inaugural K7 Kabaddi UP League.
Notably, BK Warriors’ Manjeet executed a total of 84 raids and accumulated 41 raid points, including 2 super raids and 2 super 10s. Manjeet played exceptionally well throughout the tournament and impressed the PKL scouts with his talent, skill, speed, and determination.
On the other hand, Kashi Yoddhas’ Lucky shows his incredible strength in defence. He executed 53 tackles and amassed 36 tackle points. He was the backbone of Kashi’s defence. With his powerful grip and strength, he made it to the PKL.
