After an eventful day 1 at the K7 Kabaddi Qualifiers in Rajasthan, the action continues at the Sawai Mansingh stadium. The Bajrang Rockers were through to K7 Kabaddi World Series as the Pool A winners while Pool B kicked off as Hadoti Challengers and Umaid Hawks registered victory in their opening matches.

Match 5 - Lohagarh Heroes vs Ranasangha Spartans
The two teams which had a terrible start on the inaugural day of the tournament, were hoping to register their first win of the tournament. The Spartans faced an agonizing loss against the Bajrang Rockers but today, the dominated the proceedings to finish the tournament with a consolation win.
The Heroes were on the backfoot from the first half as they were trailing by more than a dozen points at half-time. The teams were evenly poised until the Heroes were all out for the first time in the match but later on, the Ranasangha Spartans were in the driver's seat. Both teams bagged 24 points each in the second half, but the Lohagarh had to do a bit more than that.
Rajendra and Yuvraj Singh were the stars for the Spartans yet again in attack and defence respectively. Vikas Kumar and Deepak Yadav were the 'heroes' but lacked credible support from the defenders on the mat.
Match 6 - Bajrang Rockers vs Shri Shyam Fighters
Bajrang Rockers were crowned winners of Pool A with an 8-point victory over the Shri Shyam Fighters and book their place in the semi-finals of the tournament. They will be in action in the K7 Kabaddi World Series next year. It was a complete team performance by the Rockers as Jai Bhagwan and Arjun Singh Choudhary bagged the raid points, while the rest of the team chipped in points in defence.
Bajrang Rockers raced away to an early lead of 11-5 but it didn't take long for their opponents to catch up to them. Shri Shyam Fighters came close as the score was 12-11, but Rockers finished the half-time on a high with a scoreline 33-18. The Fighters came close in the second half again but the Rokcers held their nerves to register their victory.
Match 7 - Umaid Hawks vs Shekhawati Yoddhas
Pool B proceedings began with Umaid Hawks' win over the Shekhawati Yoddhas. The Hawks were in control of the proceedings from an early stage as they raced away to a 7-1 lead over their opponents. The first half ended with scoreline of 23-12 but the Hawks stamped their authority and, the score at the final whistle was 60-29.
The Hawks inflicted 3 all outs on their opponents while the Yoddhas managed none. Nitin Panwar was the star of the match with 18 raid points and he benefitted with stable defence duo of Kapil Gurjar and Mukesh Choudhary in his team.
Match 8 - Hadoti Challengers vs Mewar Kings
Hadoti Challengers edged Mewar Kings by 4 points in a pulsating encounter between the two sides. The Challengers grabbed the lead in the final few minutes of the contest and held their nerve to win the match. They had a command over the match with raider Rajeev Singh leading from the front.
The Challengers are off to a good start with a combined effort from the entire team and the defence also kept patience on multiple occasions.
