They have retained their Jai-Veeru cover duo of Parvesh Bhainswal and Sunil Kumar for a massive 156 Lakhs in total. They also have 2 NYP corners who are likely to make it to starting 7 this year. Having released all their raiders in Sachin, Rohit Gulia, and GB More - Gujarat is looking to revamp their raiding department. However, releasing a Sonu seems like a wrong move unless Neer Gulia and Manpreet have some aces up their sleeve.

Rohit Gulia does have some good performances for his team Railways where he raids with Pawan Sehrawat. With Rohit being one of the first few domestic players to be out in the auction, Gujarat might just use FBM on him. Vinod Kumar is another worthy candidate for the Gujarat FBM.
