One of the top defenders of the Indian men's Kabaddi team, Sandeep Narwal, will be live on Kabaddi Adda as a part of the Ghar Se Panga series. The U Mumba player will be sharing his experiences and the fans will get a chance to interact with their favorite Kabaddi player via a video call. He will be Live on Kabaddi Adda on Saturday, 4th of April 2020.

Sandeep Narwal is a part of the U Mumba Kabaddi team in the Pro Kabaddi and has been part of the league since it's inception. With a total of 310 tackle points, Narwal stands fourth in the list of most tackle points in PKL. He stands in the top place with 28 Super Tackles to his name across seven seasons. He played the first three seasons with Patna Pirates and also led the team to the semis in the PKL Season 2.

In the Pro Kabaddi Season 4, he moved to Telugu Titans before he was bought by Puneri Paltan for the season 5 and 6. He was one of the leading point scorers for them. In the PKL Season 7, Sandeep then moved to the Mumbai based franchise, U Mumba. He scored 56 tackle points in the season from 24 matches.

He has also been a part of the Indian national Kabaddi team and has represented India at the 2011 Junior Asiads. Sandeep was also a member of the Indian team which won gold at the 2016 South Asian Games. In the national circuit, Sandeep represents the team of Haryana state.
