Sanjay Shrestha is a Kabaddi player from Dhanusa, Nepal. He was born on 06th January 1986. The all-rounder plays for Bengaluru Bulls as a right cover. Sanjay had started playing Kabaddi when he was 19 years old. During his teenage years, many people from his village were playing the game and this got him interested in the game of kabaddi.
Sanjay Shrestha PKL Career
He has been associated with PKL since Season 1 and has been a part of multiple teams till Season 7. He has played for the title-winning team of Jaipur Pink Panthers in Season 1,(and was part of the Jaipur franchisee till Season 3), Bengaluru Bulls in Season 6 and had been key personnel during practice sessions although he couldn’t perform on the mat much. Randhir Singh, the coach of Bengaluru Bulls chose him to be a part of the team in Season 7 as well. This veteran of Kabaddi would be hoping to win more titles and taking his country Nepal who has some of the best fans into greater heights on the Kabaddi map.
