Shailaja Jain, who hails from Nashik, joined the Iran team 18 months back and played a crucial role in their success. Shailaja wanted Iran team to win Gold in Asian games and prove that she is the best in the world.

"When I visited Iran first time after taking up the job, I said this is my mission, to prove I'm the best coach. And now we have the result," an elated Jain said.
